Navigating Life's Transitions: Biblical Wisdom for Today
Have you recently retired? Faced a significant health challenge or loss in your life? Moved to a new job or new location? Faced another major transition?
Rev. Carol Milspaugh, a retired United Methodist pastor, will lead a 5-week study exploring how biblical stories and individuals offer us wisdom in our own times of change and transition in life. Together we will learn from our family in the faith, including Abraham and Sarah, Moses' mother, Jesus, Peter, and others. Each session will be self-contained, and you are welcome to attend as many classes as you wish. All are welcome to attend, and beginners in Bible study are especially invited!
The class will meet on Tuesday mornings for 5 weeks., beginning on March 1, from 10:00 to 11:30 AM, in room J5 at the church. Please bring a Bible to class, and bring a friend! (If child care is needed, please contact the church office at least 1 week in advance: 858.485.5840.)
Looking forward to seeing you there!
